ADMINISTRATION

Provide administrative and clerical support and assistance to minister and congregation to include data entry, provide reports, assist families with funeral and memorial services, and coordinate church calendar, etc.

BUILDING & GROUNDS

Secure church items/equipment in storage unit. Help maintain building security.  Take lead with room set up and break down on Sundays, Wednesdays and for special events/gatherings.

BUSINESS TEAM

The team will help structure and maintain all aspects of local and national registration and compliance.  The Business Team will coordinate closely with the Finance Team.

FINANCE TEAM

Help manage all aspects of finance including tithes/offering, special gifts/donations etc., timely preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual reports, provide oversight of tax preparation and submission, and assist with grant writing and other procurement of funds.

LABORERS OF LIGHT

Laborers of Light is the hospitality team who serves God by having a spirit of kindness.  The team serves to reflect the love of Christ through expressions of gratitude, excitement, and enthusiasm and creates a sense of belonging by making sure every visitor, member, and guest feels special and welcomed. Christ showed kindness to strangers and welcomed those who accepted the Lord. It's only natural that a church dedicated to spreading Christ's message would do the same. 

LIGHT SHARERS

Connect with community in various ways to share the good news of salvation through Christ.  Bless the community and others with physical items such as food, clothing, shelter, resource connections, etc.  This team will have two components:  1) Evangelism 2) Benevolence.

MARKETING TEAM

The Marketing Team manages all aspects of in-house and public marketing in print media, social media, website management, technology, and  telecommunications to include radio, broadcasting, and television, and social media  platforms, etc.  This team prepares announcements, flyers, and other forms of advertising for all events.  The Marketing Team works closely with the Media Team.

MEDIA TEAM

Manage all aspect of production including sound and broadcasting/streaming.  Set up and break down of equipment.  Technical systems support. ​​​​​

PRAISE TEAM

Help encourage congregational singing during worship.  Assist outreach by ministering in song at various events and locations as requested by praise leader.  Participants must be able to sing their voice part independently.​​

PRAYER & CARE

Pray for and support those in need of assistance as they navigate through various seasons of life.  Pray over and for weekly prayer requests.  Send cards to sick & shut in.  Deliver communion to those requesting.​​​

SPOTLIGHT TEAM

Help plan and facilitate monthly birthday and seasonal celebrations for congregation.  Monitor and bring awareness to church family regarding milestone achievements such as graduations, etc. ​

TEACHING TEAM

Facilitate all aspects of teaching as directed by team lead.  Engage each learning level with relevant lessons and practical life applications.  Implement ways to build relationships and teach light sharing skills to help bring souls to Christ. ​​

USHERS

Help members get in and settled if needed.  Maintain building security.  Help to secure church property/items in storage unit.  Lead out with room set up and break down on Sundays, Wednesdays and for special events and gatherings.

WORSHIP TEAM

Participate in the worship service line up by reading scripture, praying and officiating over communion and tithes/offering.  While we are in temporary space, assisting with set up and break down of tables/chairs for Wednesday and Sunday services if able.
